This is Pratima Rasaily, i born in siliguri (Darjeeling, West Bengal, India). I spend my childhood there in siliguri. While, from my childhood i was very attracted to dance so i studied Kathak and i carried forward my dance with my academic study. In the end i completed my Kathak with Visharad certificate. After that i decided to open dance school and named it as "Versatile Dance Academy".

The heart was still not satisfied with the thing which i was doing. So, i was thinking to do some more. Here comes the turning point in my life, i took part on the competition in 2007 which was "Lakme Most Beautiful Hair and Beauty Contest". With the heavy vote from audience and the points of jury made me the winner in the competition. This was the door to my glamour world. When the Crown was on my head it gave me more boost to my dream to do more.

In 2008, i took the part on the another competition which was "Miss Bengal Contest" and in the end i won the title of "Best Smile".

So, the title which i won that gave me the chances to work on the Music video albums in Siliguri. So here i started walking on the path to Film field. After that i did many music videos, Films in many languages and also did Serials too.

Entering Bollywood is the most beatiful moment in my life. Every actor from India wants to enter the Bollywood industry and i took my step there too. i was little confused and little afraid to face Bollywood. In year 2014 i came to Mumbai and Bollywood also welcome me on its own greatness. In the first month in Mumbai I was selected for the role in bollywood movie "Barkhaa", Being part of such a big industry in such a very short time made me more motivated.

Still here in the industry with the help of you all, with the love of you all. Dreams still does not end here and i'll make my all dreams come true with the bless of you all.
